Ms. Thabile Moipolai

Ms Thabile Faith Moipolai is the Head of Human Capital, having joined the Botswana Development Corporation in July 2015. She was previously with De Beers Group of Companies where she held various HR roles, most recently that of Human Resources Business Partner.

During her stay at De Beers, her key achievement included successfully driving the ‘future world of work’ project which was aimed at looking at the business using an innovative and future-focused lense to ensure business sustainability through efficient talent management and people development including across the SADC Region.

Ms Moipolai has served in leadership roles at other prominent organisations locally and internationally, including at Botswana Insurance Fund Management as an HR Business Partner. Ms Moipolai has accumulated extensive experience in driving people-first operational agendas to assist with business strategy implementation and service delivery, and is passionate about Talent Acquisition and interrogating the readiness of leaders to meet the current and future needs of the business and its strategy.

She holds a BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) with a Major in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska, Omaha USA.
