BDC hosts a high level delegation from the United Arab Emirates

BDC hosted a high level delegation from the United Arab Emirates on the 28th of September 2021. The purpose of the visit was to explore investment opportunities and areas of strategic mutual interest & benefit.

During the visit, His Excellency Mahash Saeed Alhameli, UAE Ambassador to South Africa, and his delegation met with BDC leadership to discuss ways to explore commercial prospects between the two countries. The UAE delegation also hopes to provide strategic support to its regional partners in their efforts to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

This comes at a time where the Corporation is looking forward to forming collaborative partnerships that will advance Botswana’s economic recovery and transformation efforts and integrate Botswana into the global economy.
